Preschool
Play. Learn. Grow.
A Neighborhood Preschool Where Your Child Can Truly Thrive
Nurturing curiosity, friendships, and emotional growth in children ages 3 to 5. Located in Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood, just minutes from Green Lake and Phinney Ridge.
At our preschool, we focus on what really matters—relationships, play, and social-emotional development. We’re a teacher-run, fully licensed program built on years of early childhood education experience. Our space is warm, intentional, and community-rooted. Here, children learn through hands-on exploration, meaningful connection, and joyful routines that prepare them for the next stage of life with confidence.
Whether your child is painting with friends, digging in the dirt, or helping set the lunch table, they’re learning how to be part of a community. We believe that’s the real foundation for kindergarten readiness—and for life.
Connection
We build strong, trusting relationships with every child and family. This is where all learning begins.
Curiosity
The classroom is designed to spark questions, invite exploration, and reward close observation.
Confidence
Kids learn by trying, failing, and trying again. We create a safe space to take those risks.

Community
Children learn to care for themselves and each other in a classroom rooted in respect.

Our Approach
We believe children learn best when they feel safe, seen, and supported. That starts with strong relationships. Our classroom is small by design, so we can build real connections with every child and family.
We structure our day around routines that give kids a sense of security, while leaving plenty of room for choice, creativity, and movement. Materials are accessible. Projects are open-ended. Kids are encouraged to explore, speak up, and try things out.
We focus on social-emotional development because it’s the foundation for everything else—curiosity, resilience, cooperation, and eventually, academics. Children leave our program with the confidence to solve problems, the language to express their feelings, and the tools to be a kind and capable member of a group.
